The delicate florals of cherry-blossom vermouth mingle with the crisp brightness of shochu in this simple yet elegant cocktail.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz. shochu (Deep Dive uses iichiko Silhouette, a mugi shochu)
  • 1 1/2 oz. Mancino Sakura vermouth
  • 2 dashes orange bitters
  • Tools:barspoon, strainer
  • Glass:rocks
  • Garnish:edible orchid or orange twist

Preparation

Stir all of the ingredients with ice, then strain into a glass filled with a large ice cube, then garnish.
