Goose Me: A Brunch Cocktail

If you’re looking to zhuzh up your next brunch cocktail, look no further than this Goose Me recipe created by Lauren Darnell for Olmstead in Seattle. Vodka amps up the ABV, while flavors of pineapple, apricot, and allspice add juicy depth.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz. vodka
  • 1/2 oz. pineapple juice
  • 1/2 oz. apricot liqueur
  • 1/4 oz. allspice dram
  • 2 oz. chilled sparkling wine
  • Tools:shaker, strainer, fine strainer
  • Glass:Collins
  • Garnish:pineapple fronds and slice

Preparation

Add all of the ingredients except the sparkling wine to a shaker and shake with ice until chilled. Double strain into a Collins glass, then add fresh ice to the glass. Top with 2 oz. of chilled sparkling wine, then garnish with pineapple fronds and a pineapple slice.
