Faux 75

All the flavor of the classic French 75, without the booze.
Bitter-lemon soda stands in for gin (or Cognac) and Champagne in this simple spin on a classic French 75.
Ingredients
- 1 oz. fresh lemon juice
- 1 oz. simple syrup (1:1)
- 3-4 oz. bitter-lemon soda (Reiner uses Fever Tree)
- Tools:shaker, strainer
- Glass:flute
- Garnish:lemon twist
Preparation
Shake the lemon juice and syrup with ice, then strain into a chilled glass. Top with bitter-lemon soda, then garnish.
