Peach Tea Aperol Spritz

A peachy spritz to savor all summer.

Kat Foster of New York City’s Marlow East imbues brunchtime favorite, the Aperol Spritz, with summertime vibes by steeping the aperitivo with peach tea. The tea’s tannic notes blend into the bitterness of the Aperol while its stonefruit flavors round out the citrus. “Peaches and sweet tea are darlings of the south, and combining them with an Aperol Spritz felt to me like something that would be extremely easy to drink without thinking twice about it,” says Foster.

Ingredients

  • 3 oz. sparkling wine, such as prosecco
  • 1 1/2 oz. peach tea-infused Aperol
  • 1 oz. soda
  • Glass:wine
