Dunmore Cobbler Recipe

ABV’s Dunmore Cobbler recipe bursts with nutty sherry, peaty Scotch and bright lemon and pineapple.

2 oz. amontillado sherry
1 oz. pineapple syrup (such as Small Hand Foods, or homemade)
½ oz. blended scotch whisky
½ oz. fresh lemon juice
3 dashes Angostura bitters
Tools: shaker
Glass: Collins
Garnish: pineapple wedge

Shake all of the ingredients with crushed ice and pour into a chilled glass. Dash bitters on top; garnish.
