Dunmore Cobbler Recipe

Thanks to ABV in San Francisco, the sherry cobbler just got a little more sophisticated.

ABV’s Dunmore Cobbler recipe bursts with nutty sherry, peaty Scotch and bright lemon and pineapple.

Ingredients

2 oz. amontillado sherry
1 oz. pineapple syrup (such as Small Hand Foods, or homemade)
1/2 oz. blended scotch whisky
1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice
3 dashes Angostura bitters

Tools:shaker
Glass:Collins
Garnish:pineapple wedge

Preparation

Shake all of the ingredients with crushed ice and pour into a chilled glass. Dash bitters on top; garnish.
