Sweet corn perfectly complements the earthy notes of tequila.

One of fall’s most delicious ingredients complements the earthy notes of tequila in this fresh corn cocktail. 

 

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. blanco tequila
  • 2 oz. grilled corn (by weight)
  • 3/4 oz.  fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 oz. agave syrup
  • Tools:shaker, muddler, strainer, fine strainer
  • Glass:rocks
  • Garnish:Half rim of mushroom salt (1:1 ground mixed mushrooms to sea salt) or plain sea salt

Preparation

Muddle the corn in a shaker tin. Add the remaining ingredients with ice and shake to chill. Double strain over fresh ice into a rocks glass rimmed with salt.
