Dare I Say Cocktail

dare-i-say-vertical-crdt-lara-ferroniIf you like your cocktails brown and bitter, brace yourself for this bold whiskey cocktail, featuring Fernet-Branca, Aperol and sweet vermouth.

1 oz. rye whiskey
½ oz. Fernet-Branca
½ oz. sweet vermouth
½ oz. Aperol
2 dashes rhubarb bitters (sub Peychaud’s in a pinch)
Tools: mixing glass, barspoon, strainer
glass: coupe

Combine all ingredients, stir with ice and strain into a chilled glass.
