For a Mediterranean twist on the Dirty Martini, Juliana Fisher, assistant general manager of Charleston cocktail bar Bar 167, adds a touch of pepperoncini brine. The result is a savory vodka cocktail with a sweet, peppery kick.
Add all of the ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake until cloudy cold. Strain into a chilled coupe. Using a small dropper, add 3 drops of olive oil and a drop of Peychaud’s bitters on the cocktail’s surface to replicate a pimento-stuffed olive.
