I75er Kuduowl’s nostalgic take on a classic.

Imbibe 75 Place to Watch Kuduowl is a destination bar outside of downtown Los Angeles, where bar owner and bartender Bad Birdy uses ingredients that people don’t often see in cocktails. Case in point: this Bubblegum Daiquiri, which she says is sure to “evoke emotion and get people smiling.”

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. bubblegum-infused rum
  • 3/4 oz. Galliano
  • 3/4 oz. fresh lime juice
  • 2 drops of 20% saline solution
  • Tools:shaker, strainer
  • Glass:Nick & Nora

Preparation

Add all of the ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake to chill and strain into a chilled glass.
Bubblegum-Infused RumAdd 3 1/2 oz. of Hubba Bubba Original Bubble Gum to 10 oz. of light rum in a food-safe vessel and let it infuse for 24 hours. Double strain the mixture and bottle. Does not expire.
