Black Lodge: A Coffee Boulevardier

Created by James Grant for the Library Bar in Toronto’s Fairmont Royal York, this Black Lodge cocktail adds the richness of coffee liqueur to a Boulevardier twist.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz. scotch whisky
  • 1 oz. Campari
  • 1/2 oz. coffee liqueur
  • 1/2 oz. extra dry vermouth
  • Tools:mixing glass, barspoon, strainer
  • Glass:rocks
  • Garnish:flamed orange peel

Preparation

Add all of the ingredients to a mixing glass with ice, stir to chill, then strain into a rocks glass over ice. Flame an orange peel over the top and use as a garnish.
