Ingredients

2 oz. vodka
1/2 oz. Aperol
1 oz. simple syrup (1:1)
1 oz. fresh lemon juice
3 leaves basil

Tools:shaker, strainer
Glass:highball
Garnish:basil leaf

Preparation

Add all of the ingredients to a shaker with ice and hard shake until chilled. Double strain over crushed ice in a highball glass, then garnish.
