A rich pomegranate liqueur combines with grenadine, honey, lime, salt, and tequila in this vibrant Margarita riff from Copper & Kings’ bar in Louisville.

Ingredients

1 1/2 oz. blanco tequila
1 oz. Destillaré Intense Pomegranate
3/4 oz. fresh lime juice
1/2 oz. grenadine
1/4 oz. honey
3 drops of saline or a pinch of salt

Tools:shaker, strainer
Glass:rocks
Garnish:salted rim, lime wedge

Preparation

Prepare a rocks glass with a partial rim of chili salt. Combine all of the ingredients in shaker with ice, then shake to chill. Strain into the prepared rocks glass. Garnish with a lime wedge.
