Rosalita From ALEX&NDER

A rich pomegranate liqueur combines with grenadine, honey, lime, salt and tequila in this vibrant Margarita riff from ALEX&NDER in Louisville.

1½  oz. blanco tequila
1 oz. Destillaré Intense Pomegranate
¾ oz. fresh lime juice
½ oz. grenedine
¼ oz. honey
3 drops of saline or a pinch of salt
Garnish: salted rim, lime wedge

Prepare a rocks glass with a partial rim of chili salt. Combine all of the ingredients in shaker with ice, then shake to chill. Strain into the prepared rocks glass. Garnish with a lime wedge.
