Mango purée meets citrus, lime, and a kiss of spice from a chile pepper-infused agave syrup.
Combine all of the ingredients, except the Jarritos, in a shaker full of ice, then shake until well-chilled. Strain into a glass filled with crushed ice. Top with the soda. Garnish with the orange slices and generous dash of Tajin over the top.
Chile-Agave Syrup: In a medium saucepan, add 1 cup of water, 2 dried ancho chiles, and 2 chipotle peppers. Let steep for 20 minutes at a simmer. Remove chiles, add 2 cups of agave syrup, and let cool.
