Agua Viva’s Saints G&T Recipe

For Chef José Andrés’ new Los Angeles rooftop restaurant, Agua Viva, cocktail director Miguel Lancha built a G&T pretty enough to rival the views of downtown. The classic drink is warmed up by a bit of ginger and softened by aloe and elderflower liqueurs.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. gin
  • 1/4 oz. ginger syrup
  • 1/2 tsp. St. Germain elderflower liqueur
  • 1/2 tsp. Chareau aloe liqueur
  • 4 oz. tonic water
  • Glass:rocks
  • Garnish:orange peel and fresh lavender

Preparation

Pour all of the ingredients into a glass. Fill the glass with ice, then stir to combine. Garnish.
