A blue and bubbly twist on the Margarita.
Though steeped in a tradition of quality cocktails, bartender Rick Dobbs has a taste for the tongue-in-cheek as evinced by this blue and bubbly twist on the Margarita.
Shake the first 3 ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass. Top with prosecco, then garnish.
