Old Tom gin and quinine-infused Byrrh forge a bittersweet balance in this sophisticated sipper.

1 ½ oz. Old Tom gin (Maybee uses Tanqueray)
¾ oz. Byrrh
¾ oz. fresh grapefruit juice
½ oz. fresh lemon
3-4 dashes grapefruit bitters
1 dash Angostura
Tools: shaker, strainer
Glass: coupe

Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled coupe.
