Modern gin botanicals perk up with pineapple, coffee, and Chartreuse.
Designed to highlight the floral, herbaceous character of a contemporary gin, this cocktail accents these flavors with pineapple, coffee, and Chartreuse.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz. gin (Barber Shop uses Aviation)
- 1 oz. pineapple juice
- 1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 oz. yellow Chartreuse
- 2 tsp. simple syrup (1:1)
- 10 coffee beans
- Tools:shaker, strainer, fine strainer
- Glass:coupe
- Garnish:dried pineapple wheel, 3 coffee beans
Preparation
Shake all the ingredients with ice to chill, then double strain into a chilled glass and garnish.
