Inspired by his great aunt Mary Agnes’s fruitcake, this holiday cocktail from Pittsburgh bartender Craig Mrusek matches fruit and spice with reposado tequila.

Ingredients

2 oz. reposado tequila
1 oz. pineapple juice
¾ oz. ginger liqueur
½ oz. cinnamon syrup
1 dash Angostura bitters

Tools:shaker, strainer
Glass:cocktail
Garnish:maraschino cherry

Preparation

Shake all ingredients with ice to chill, then strain into a chilled glass and garnish.
