Jupiter Disco Cocktail: Negative Space

Jupiter Disco’s aesthetic may be futuristic, but cocktails like this absinthe-laced sipper are resolutely of the moment.

½ oz. Suze aperitif
½ oz. fresh lemon juice
½ oz. crème de cacao
¼ oz. absinthe blanc
1 drop orange flower water
3 oz. chilled prosecco
Tools: shaker, strainer
Glass: flute

Shake all the ingredients except the prosecco with ice and strain into a chilled glass. Top with prosecco.
