1 1/2 oz. gin
1 1/2 oz. fresh celery juice
3/4 oz. simple syrup (1:1)
3/4 oz. fresh lime juice
Dash celery bitters
1 oz. tonic water
Tools: shaker, strainer
Glass: Collins
Combine all ingredients, except tonic, and shake with ice. Strain into an ice-filled Collins glass and top with tonic.
