Barcelona Cocktail Fest Reimagines the Future of Hospitality

Happening April 18–19 in Barcelona, Spain, Barcelona Cocktail Fest is ushering in a new era of hospitality.

Formerly the Paradiso Sustainability Summit, the newly reimagined Barcelona Cocktail Fest expands into a full-scale, festival-style experience. The global bar community will come together with local residents and visitors for two days of drinks—alongside expert-led panels, hands-on workshops, and masterclasses exploring the future of the industry. A strong focus on sustainability runs throughout, with a dedicated market, thoughtful programming, and conversations aimed at shaping a more responsible drinks culture.

Organized by Giacomo Giannotti of Paradiso—in partnership with Giuseppe Gallo—the festival continues to connect some of the most influential voices in the bar world, all in one of Europe’s most dynamic cocktail cities.
