Drink of the Week: Poli Torcolato Grappa

This one, made by Jacopo Poli of the northern Veneto region, combines Vespaiolo and Friulano grapes, which were subject to a mild case of noble rot while on the vine, adding to the character and concentrated flavors of dried cherries, golden raisins, plum and lavender.
