Drink of the Week: New Belgium Pear Ginger Beer

Set for a May release, New Belgium is at it again with today’s Drink of the Week, the Pear Ginger Beer. The latest brew in their Lips of Faith series, this beer is inspired by the growing beer cocktail trend. It’s a wheat-focused brew that’s just as good sipped solo as it is mixed into a cocktail. “I’ve definitely noticed more and more great bars creating cocktails with craft beer as an integral mixer,” says Lauren Salazar, who developed the brew. “Grab a bomber and a few small glasses, then use the rest of the bottle to concoct your perfect beer cocktail!”
