Drink of the Week: Elijah Craig Small Batch Whiskey

Named after Rev. Elijah Craig, who is credited with being the first distiller to age whiskey in charred oak barrels, the new Elijah Craig Small Batch is a blend of stocks aged between eight and 12 years. The new bottle design has a more modern look, but the whiskey inside remains as easy-drinking as ever. Expect a sweet nose of vanilla and caramel at the forefront, followed by flavors of bright citrus and baking spices.
