Valentine’s Day is around the corner, so we discovered today’s Drink of the Week—the Chemistry of Love coffee from DOMA roasters—just in time. Grown organically by the Idido Mill co-op at some of the highest altitudes in Ethiopia’s Yirgacheffe region and roasted by eastern Idaho’s DOMA coffee company, this coffee is vibrant, juicy and fruit-forward (hello, blueberries!). Perfect for drip, French press or espresso, it’s a great coffee for any time of day.
