Drink of the Week: Devoción Los Vientos Coffee

Founded a decade ago by Colombia native Steven Sutton, Devoción—with locations in Bogotá and Brooklyn—sources all of its coffee beans directly from Colombian farmers. The Los Vientos coffee from farmer Arturo Sandoval at Villa Gloria is a blend of caturra, bourbon and typica beans. Dominating flavors of bittersweet chocolate and toasted nuts are punctuated by bright top notes of orange blossom and blueberry, making for a rich and beautifully complex cup.
