Mezcal Cocktail

Mezcal finds its perfect matches in citrus and cinnamon.

In this mezcal cocktail from Starline Social Club, the agave spirit finds a perfect flavor match in citrus and cinnamon.

Ingredients

2 oz. mezcal (Starline uses Del Maguey Vida)
1 oz. fresh grapefruit juice
½ oz. fresh lime juice
¾ oz. cinnamon syrup
1 pinch sea salt

Tools:shaker, strainer
Glass:rocks
Garnish:grapefruit twist

Preparation

Shake all the ingredients with ice and strain into an ice-filled glass. Garnish.
