Cucumber Fresco Cocktail

An ultra-refreshing combo of cucumber, mint, lime and your choice of gin or vodka.

In this cocktail from Dilworth Tasting Room, cucumber, lime and mint make for an ultra-refreshing trifecta of flavors.

Ingredients

2 oz. vodka or gin
¾ oz. fresh cucumber juice
¾ oz. fresh lime juice
¾ oz. mint syrup

Tools:shaker, strainer
Glass:cocktail
Garnish:cucumber ribbon and mint sprig

Preparation

Combine all of the ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake to chill. Strain into a chilled glass and garnish.
