Countess of the Caribbean: A Rum Cocktail

Cynar and Aperol blend with aged rum and sherry in this sultry cocktail from Verne in Buenos Aires.

Ingredients

  • 1½ oz. aged Cuban-style rum
  • ½ oz. Aperol
  • ½ oz. Cynar
  • ½ oz. fino sherry
  • 1 dash fresh lemon juice
  • Tools:barspoon, strainer
  • Glass:rocks

Preparation

Stir all of the ingredients with ice to chill, then strain into a glass over a large ice cube.
