1 1/2 oz. reposado tequila
3/4 oz. Cynar
1/2 oz. lime
1/2 oz. fresh grapefruit juice
1/2 oz. cinnamon syrup
2 dashes Angostura bitters
Tools: shaker, strainer
Glass: coupe
Garnish: grapefruit twist
Combine all ingredients and shake with ice cubes, Strain into a chilled coupe and garnish by expressing the oils of a grapefruit twist over the drink and discarding the twist.
