Created by Portland bartender Damaris Peterson, this cocktail was meant to capture "the elation and heartbreak that swells with temperamental love," says High Noon bar director Tom Lindstedt. "The drink features a little tropical-funk from rhum agricole and maraschino liqueur, comforted by lime, pineapple, and grenadine, while the drier-style fernet hangs over everything like a storm cloud."
