The bittersweetness of amaro meets the bright botanicals of gin and the warmth of cinnamon in this autumn aperitif from Milan.
Combine the amaro, syrup, gin and lime juice together in a shaker with ice and shake until chilled. Strain into a glass over crushed ice. Top with Chinotto soda and garnish.
