Roux Portland returns October 6-12 for its seventh year with citywide restaurant and bar experiences, exclusive chef collaborations, and impactful discussions. Roux Week brings together women from all around the world, including Chopped Challenge winners, James-Beard award-winning chefs, and acclaimed food writers for an inspiring week for food lovers showcasing Portland, Oregon’s dynamic culinary landscape.

From dinner parties to game nights to panel discussions, guests can grab an all-access pass for the whole week of events or pick and choose. Check out the Launch Party at the long-awaited restaurant, L’Echelle, with collaborations from Cornet Custard, Euzumeh, and Pét Project, or see how well you really know food at Trivia Night at The Sports Bra and Dear Sandy. Don’t miss the Taste Test Challenge, inspired by your fav cooking show or the intimate conversation with influential writers, Alicia Kennedy and Soleil Ho.  

Roux is for the food- and drink-obsessed, the restaurant-goer, and the cocktail enthusiast. It’s redefining the food festival expanding across the city each year with something new, inclusive and wildly fun!
