2025 Negroni Week Registration Is Open!

It’s that time of the year! Negroni Week 2025 will be taking place from September 22-28, and registration for bars and restaurants is officially open.

Once again, participating venues around the world will come together to celebrate the iconic Negroni while raising money for in support of Slow Food‘s mission to foster a more sustainable and equitable world of food and beverage.

Donations will support Slow Food’s ongoing initiatives around the world as well as the Slow Food Negroni Week Fund the organization launched to support hospitality-focused, community-led initiatives that lead to the transformation of global food and beverage systems.

Imbibe has been proud to produce Negroni Week since 2013, and we are thrilled to once again have Campari as a presenting sponsor of the initiative, and Aviation American Gin as the official American gin of Negroni Week.

Venue registration for 2025 is open at negroniweek.com, and the Negroni Week Shop is also open, with the 2025 T-shirt now available as well hoodies, cocktail napkins, aprons, socks, and more. A portion of merch sales goes to Slow Food.
