RECIPE: Joann Spiegel for Miracle, New York City

You’ll need big serving bowls at your holiday fête for this plus-sized batch of Chex Mix (popular at Miracle pop-ups). But don’t worry about storing the leftovers—there’s no such thing as too much snack mix.
Preheat the oven to 275 degrees F. Melt the butter in the microwave (or in a saucepan over low heat). In a large bowl, combine the melted butter, Worcestershire sauce and spices, and stir to combine. Add the Rice Chex and Corn Chex, along with the pretzels and peanuts, and toss to combine and to coat thoroughly with the melted butter mixture. Add the Wheat Chex and toss again, then add the Honey Nut Chex. Spread the mixture flat on cookie sheets, and toast for 30-35 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes and taking care not to let the edges burn. Let cool before serving.
