Negroni Week 2024 Is Near!

In just a few weeks, Negroni Week 2024 will commence from September 16-22, and once again, bars and restaurants around the world will come together to celebrate the classic Negroni while raising money in support of Slow Food ‘s mission foster a more equitable and sustainable world of food and beverage.

Money raised through Negroni Week donations will support Slow Food’s ongoing initiatives around the world as well as the Slow Food Negroni Week Fund. With a global footprint, Slow Food has chapters and initiatives in countries and cities around the world, and it is an organization with roots in Italy, the birthplace of the Negroni. Slow Food represents the ethos of Negroni Week to cultivate community and seek a better world for all through hospitality, and we are thrilled to be able to support their transformative work, and to build on the more than $5 million that Negroni Week has raised for charitable causes to date.

Imbibe has been proud to produce Negroni Week since 2013, and we are happy to once again be joined by Campari as our presenting sponsor. “We’re beyond excited about the return of Negroni Week,” says Michele Porta, Global Channel and Customer Marketing Director for Campari, which will once again will be donating $100,000 to Slow Food. “As the official sponsor of Imbibe’s global charity initiative, at Campari we pride ourselves on supporting and celebrating the industry that continues to raise the bar of mixology and of our beloved Negroni. The Slow Food Negroni Week Fund from last year saw some amazing professionals and projects being awarded so that they can further bring a positive contribution to the hospitality and beverage sector. Together with Imbibe and Slow Food, we look forward to extending our commitment as we raise a toast to Negroni Week 2024.”

We are also thrilled to once again partner with Aviation American Gin as the official American gin of Negroni Week and to announce that the brand will be making a donation of $50,000 to Slow Food. “We’re delighted to continue our partnership with Imbibe’s Negroni Week, honoring the legacy of this beloved cocktail while supporting Slow Food’s mission to create a more sustainable and equitable future in food and beverage,” says Ricky Collett, Global and US Brand Director for Aviation American Gin. “We’re proud to share the smooth, versatile taste of our gin with cocktail lovers everywhere, uniting the trade community and raising a glass to a great cause with an Aviation American Gin Negroni in hand.”
