Looking for a spirit-free counterpart to its popular Mushroom Margarita, Daisies in Chicago created this no-alcohol Mushroom Sour. "The mushroom adds a tangy, earthy quality to the drink and to me tastes a little bit like a mushroom lemonade—tart and sweet with a little bit of savory and salty added in," says beverage director Katherine Sturgill. The drink has since become the restaurant's most requested NA drink.
