A tea-infused twist on the French 75.
Earl Grey lends a floral touch to this French 75 riff.
Add all ingredients to shaker tin and shake. Strain into a chilled coupe glass; then top with Cava.
Earl Grey Syrup: Combine 2 cups of sugar with 2 cups of water and 3 bags of Earl Grey tea. Add hot water (200 degrees F) and steep for 5 minutes. Remove tea bags before use.
