Gran Gala Fizz

1 1/2 oz. Gran Gala Triple Orange liqueur
3/4 oz. gin

1/2 oz. lemon juice
1/2 oz. lime juice

1/2 oz. simple syrup
2 dashes grapefruit bitters

1 egg white

Ice cubes

Tools: shaker, strainer

Glass: coupe

Garnish: orange twist

Shake all ingredients vigorously in a shaker, strain into glass and garnish.
