Seattle Cocktail Week 2026: A Citywide Cocktail Experience

Seattle Cocktail Week

Seattle Cocktail Week returns from April 19–26, marking a transformative chapter for the Pacific Northwest’s premier spirits celebration. This year, the festival finds a grand new home at Pacific Place Mall, transforming the heart of downtown into a multi-level cocktail campus. By moving into this iconic vertical space, we’ve expanded our ability to bridge the gap between the professional craft and the curious consumer, offering an immersive environment where the city’s vibrant liquid culture is on full display across every floor.

For the trade, the Bartender’s Circle Summit serves as the week’s professional anchor. This three-day intensive gathers the global hospitality for a deep dive into the business and chemistry of the bar. From technical workshops on spirits science to critical seminars on sustainable leadership and mental wellness, the Summit is designed to empower the people behind the bar. This year, the mission of professional care is more tangible than ever; through our partnership with Healthy Behind the Bar, we are offering complimentary on-site health screenings, turning our commitment to the industry’s longevity into a lived reality.

The week culminates in the Carnival of Cocktails, a high-voltage tasting experience that remains the largest of its kind in the region. Spanning the vast footprint of Pacific Place, the Carnival invites enthusiasts to explore hundreds of spirits through themed pop-up bars, interactive “Learning Labs,” and demonstrations by Seattle’s most acclaimed bartenders. It is a true celebration of community where proceeds continue to support the vital work of Healthy Behind the Bar, ensuring that every sip taken at the Carnival helps pour back into the wellness and safety of the hospitality workers who make Seattle a world-class cocktail destination.
