The Bourbon Classic Returns to Louisville

Louisville’s original celebration of the bourbon arts is back. The Bourbon Classic returns to downtown Louisville February 25–28, bringing together bourbon, cocktails, and culinary creativity for four spirited days in the heart of Bourbon Country.

Founded in 2012, the Bourbon Classic has grown into a marquee event for enthusiasts and industry insiders alike, drawing visitors from across the country to experience Kentucky’s signature spirit through tastings, competitions, and immersive education. Following record-breaking attendance in 2025, the event heads once again to the Kentucky International Convention Center—just steps from Whiskey Row and surrounded by Louisville’s celebrated distilleries, restaurants, and hotels.

The 2026 lineup highlights the full spectrum of bourbon culture. On Friday, February 27, the Cocktail & Culinary Challenge pairs top regional chefs and bartenders in a high-energy showdown, matching imaginative small plates with expertly crafted bourbon cocktails. Saturday programming continues with Bourbon University, offering daytime panels, tastings, and workshops led by industry experts for those looking to deepen their knowledge of the category. The weekend culminates with TASTE on Saturday evening—a grand tasting event showcasing leading Bourbon brands, Louisville’s standout restaurants, and Bourbon-inspired goods.

New enhancements for 2026 elevate the guest experience even further, including VIP early access to the Amber Lounge, dedicated entry lanes for faster check-in, on-site bottle sales from participating sponsors, and the debut of the Crafted Corner Market, featuring artisanal, bourbon-adjacent products.
