Trasatlántico Fizz From Florería Atlántico

Trasatlantico Fizz from Florería Atlántico

This gin fizz showcases the best of winter citrus.

World-renowned bar and Imbibe 75 Place to Watch, Florería Atlántico in Buenos Aires, combines winter citrus in a bright and easy-drinking gin fizz. The cocktail, created in 2013 for the bar’s opening menu, “is a tribute to the immigration that came crossing the Atlantic by boat to the port of Buenos Aires,” says drink creator Renato Giovannoni.

  • club soda, to top
  • Tools:shaker, strainer
