Bourbon and pineapple lead the way in this bright but balanced cocktail from Seattle.
1½ oz. bourbon
¾ oz. pineapple juice
¼ oz. elderflower liqueur
¼ oz. Aperol
¼ oz. fresh lemon juice
¼ oz. honey
Tools: shaker, strainer
Garnish: dehydrated pineapple slice
Combine all the ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake. Strain into a chilled coupe and garnish (optional).
