This classic mix of bourbon, pimento dram and citrus won’t bite—it could just be your new favorite whiskey cocktail. "It has everything you love about a whiskey sour (albeit with lime in the place of lemon) and this backbone of allspice and bitters, which come across in the final product as seasonal spices," says Diner Bar at The Grey bartender Kaleb Craft. At the Savannah bar, they add also take the optional route of adding egg white, to "smooth out some of the edges and add some heft, taking a cue from the more traditional sour."
