
Delightfully low-proof, this falernum cocktail blends clove and cinnamon flavors with the bold, bitter notes of Punt e Mes. Mint and lime elevate everything into dangerously refreshing territory.
1 oz. falernum
1 oz. Punt e Mes vermouth
¾ oz. fresh lime juice
½ oz. amontillado sherry
Tools: shaker, strainer
Glass: Collins
Garnish: lime wheel and mint sprig
In a shaker, combine all ingredients except soda water. Shake with ice to chill. Strain into an ice-filled Collins glass, top with soda water and garnish.
