Passion fruit and coconut water give this tequila cocktail a good dose of tropical vibes.
1½ oz. blanco tequila
1 oz. Aperol
2 oz. coconut water
1 oz. passion fruit juice
¼ oz. fresh lemon juice
Dried orange chip or orange wheel
Tools: shaker, strainer
Garnish: orange wheel
Combine the ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into an ice-filled collins glass. Garnish.
