Blueberry and lavender jam lends a summery garden vibe to this twist on a prim Pimm’s.
1 tsp. Sallie’s Greatest Blueberry+Lavender Jam*
3/4 oz. fresh lemon juice
1/2 oz. honey syrup (1:1)
1 1/4 oz. Pimm’s No. 1
1 1/4 oz. gin
Tools: shaker, strainer
Glass: Collins
Garnish: fresh cucumber wheel and a small spoonful of blueberry-lavender jam
Combine all ingredients and shake with ice. Strain into an ice-filled glass and garnish.
