Bartender Tyler Stevens was inspired to create this drink by a bottle of Ransom Distillers Old Tom gin. “I wanted to make a cocktail that paired its oaky, citrusy and floral flavors with the notes of chocolate and winter spice.”
¾ oz. Ransom Old Tom gin
¾ oz. aged rum
¾ oz. fresh lime juice
½ oz. Bénédictine
¼ oz. maple syrup
1 dash Angostura bitters
Tools: shaker, strainer
Glass: coupe
Garnish: fresh nutmeg
Combine all ingredients in a shaker tin filled with ice. Shake and strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish.
