Spiced Pimm’s Cup

This lively twist on the classic Pimms Cup gets added richness from a dose of Amaro Nonino and a kick of spice from a splash of ginger beer.

1 1/2 oz. Pimm’s No. 1
1/2 oz. Amaro Nonino
1 oz. fresh lemon juice
1/2 oz. turbinado simple syrup (1:1)
Ginger beer
Tools: shaker, strainer, barspoon
Glass: highball
Garnish: freshly grated cinnamon

Combine all ingredients, except ginger beer, and shake. Strain into an ice-filled highball and top with ginger beer. Stir gently to combine and garnish.
